Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of chili flakes (optional).
Toast the bread until golden.
Mash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted bread.
