Ingredients:
1 large tortilla
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/4 cup diced bell peppers and onions
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Place the tortilla on it.
Sprinkle cheese and vegetables on half of the tortilla, then fold it over.
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy. Slice into triangles and serve.
