Baked Salmon with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried dill or parsley

Instructions:

Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon is flaky. Serve with a side of salad or rice.

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
