- 4 small tortillas
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions:
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Heat black beans and corn in a skillet with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Fill tortillas with the bean mixture, avocado slices, and salsa.
