Classic New York Cheesecake
A rich and creamy classic cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) cream cheese packages
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes. Let cool and chill for several hours.
