Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Maple syrup or honey for topping
Instructions:
Stack the pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup or honey before serving.
Blend the banana, oats, eggs, and cinnamon until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter.
Pour small amounts of the batter to form pancakes and cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
