Ingredients:
- 6 large jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
Instructions:
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbly.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Halve jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and bacon bits in a bowl.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
