Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for creaminess)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Dice the onion, slice the mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
- Cook the Beef and Vegetables:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
