Ingredients:
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup diced chicken or beans (optional)
Instructions:
Cook until the cheese melts, flipping halfway. Slice into triangles and serve.
Heat a skillet and place one tortilla on it.
Sprinkle cheese and optional fillings, then top with the second tortilla.
