Chicken and Hummus Pita

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole pita bread
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber and tomatoes

Instructions:

Serve as a quick and filling lunch.

Cut the pita in half and spread hummus inside each pocket.

Stuff with chicken, cucumber, and tomato.
