- Dip the Ladyfingers:
- Combine the cooled coffee and liqueur (if using) in a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, ensuring they are not overly soaked.
- Assemble the Tiramisu:
- Layer the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish or individual glasses.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat the layers, finishing with mascarpone.
- Chill and Serve:
- Dust the top with cocoa powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
