Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sauté the Shrimp:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes until they start to turn pink. Remove from heat and transfer to a baking dish.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, add heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
Cook on low heat, stirring, until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
Assemble the Gratin:
Pour the creamy sauce over the shrimp in the baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, breadcrumbs, and a dash of paprika on top.
Bake:
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the gratin before serving.
Serve hot with crusty bread, rice, or a fresh salad.
