Garlic Butter Shrimp and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

Serve shrimp over rice and garnish with parsley.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink (2–3 minutes per side).
