Ingredients:

For the Nachos:

  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (pickled or fresh)

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

For the Guacamole:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Salsa:

  • 3 ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 small jalapeño (finely chopped)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Guacamole:
    • Mash the avocados in a bowl.
    • Mix in lime juice, chopped onion, cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  2. Prepare the Salsa:
    • Combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Assemble the Nachos:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
