Rainbow Veggie Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions:

Roll tightly, slice in half, and serve.

Spread hummus over the tortillas.

Add the veggies in rows to create a “rainbow.”
