Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 oz) cream cheese packages
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream.
