Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna (drained)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • Lettuce and tomato slices (optional)

Instructions:

Slice in half and serve.

In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, and mustard.

Spread the mixture on a slice of bread, top with lettuce and tomato, and add the second slice.
